Team Leader – Supported Independent Living (SIL) | Gladstone

Take the lead in shaping high-quality, person-centred support across four Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes in the Gladstone region. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is values-driven, purpose-focused, and committed to fostering a culture of honesty, integrity, and empowerment.

As a local leader, you will bring fresh vision, strong NDIS understanding, and a growth mindset to support the continued development of the Endeavour Foundation portfolio in Gladstone. You will be the driving force behind a service that puts people first-ensuring clients, families, and staff feel supported, respected, and heard.

This full-time, Monday-Friday position is based on- site at our Gladstone office and oversees all aspects of daily operations, including client care, NDIS funding and planning, service coordination, risk management, and incident reporting. You will lead and mentor a team of Site Supervisors and indirect reports for Support Workers to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred support.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply strong knowledge of the NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Framework
• Identify growth opportunities through meaningful client engagement
• Oversee rosters, leave, timesheets, and performance of Support Workers
• Build a supportive, community-focused environment that values families and guardians
• Ensure all team members are trained, compliant, and confident in meeting individual client needs

Skills & Experience

• Qualifications in Disability Support or Human Services (or working toward) are highly regarded
• Minimum 3 years' experience in leadership roles
• Strong background in disability services with solid NDIS experience
• Current NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card), Blue Card, Police Check, and Driver Licence
